Karin Claisse-  " I have been working with Molly since Dec. 2005.  I feel that I am the strongest I have been in my life. Shopping at Costco in bulk is so simple and effortless!  I found that I never pushed myself at the gym.  It was too easy to get by with one or two sets of something – and not work on the areas I didn’t want to. In a studio setting, I like how there is no waiting to get on a machine or being told “you’re doing it wrong.”  Karin is not a big fan of lunges or lunges with an over head press!  Although, she does like the lat pull down and exercises that work the back.

Jerrie Stringer has been exercising consistently since 1978.  She feels that working out helps her control her stress levels. "After working with Molly for over a year,  I feel like I have more beautimous arms!"  She says, "A studio setting is much more personal and time seems to fly by."  There isn't an exercise that Jerrie doesn't like!

"It's been over three years that I have been working with Molly.  I feel like I am much stonger and healthier than ever before.  In a fitness studio there is special attention to personal goals, strengths and weaknesses, a clean and calm environment, expert advice and encouragement regarding nutrition and proper exercise procedures. (Plus, I don't have to count and keep track of what I am doing myself!)  I feel like I have stronger muscles, less fat, more coordination in other activities (running and volleyball) and a quicker recovery after strenuous events (Rock 'n Roll Marathon!).  Working out has given me more confidence in tackling new physical and sports challenges."  She includes, "I like everything EXCEPT push-ups and any calf-building exercises!".

I've been training with Molly for seven years now. As I got in to my mid-thirties, I the effects of job stress and not being as active as I was in college were starting to take a toll on me. I was self-motivated to work out on my own, but I wanted the help of a personal trainer (to provide expertise and coaching). Molly is formally educated in exercise science and certified and she is a great inspiration in that she lives the fit lifestyle she teaches. Her workout designs and 8-week challenge program have maximized my time and helped me get results much sooner than I could have done on my own. Since I've been training with Molly, I notice my shape has improved and I feel stronger overall...I feel better than I did in my twenties! I still maintain a separate gym membership. Now, when I go on my own I feel much more confident and knowledgeable about how to work out. However, abdominals work is my least favorite exercise. So, if it wasn't for the standing once-a-week appointment with Molly, I'd probably never consistently do them on my own! 
 
 
Karla Gascoigne says"I have been working out with Molly for about three years. It is hard work but worth every bit of it. I had a knee surgery which left me with a weaker knee and a fear of pain so I avoided many activities that I had previously enjoyed. Molly worked within my limitations and strengthened up my knee which gave me the confidence and the desire to want to push myself to do more. I personally enjoy a studio rather than a traditional “gym” setting because it is much more personal and uncrowded. It makes you feel like it is ok to try something and there isn’t a whole bunch of hard-bodies around looking down at you. The one on one attention makes all the difference in the world. I began to see results almost immediately by losing inches and gaining strength. Working out clears my mind and gives me a much more positive attitude. I always walk out feeling so much better than when I walked in, tired – yes, sweaty –of course but my mental state is much more relaxed and I feel ready to take on anything. My favorite exercise is the dead lift. I really love the stretch it gives. My least favorite are the lunges until Molly made me realize that I can do it! What she says really is true. You will definitely improve, there isn’t any way you can’t.
